Why Some Christian Entrepreneurs Succeed And Others Fail Miserably

This interview is with Matt Gillogly, a Christian entrepreneur who helps other Christians run Christ-Centered businesses. Matt has been to “hell and back” (so to speak) with his business — going from $150,000 per month to $0.

In this interview he explains the lessons from his ordeal, what God wants REALLY wants from Christian business owners (it may not be what you think), and how to run your business in way that brings glory to God and His Kingdom.

You will also learn:

  • Why most of the main players in the Bible were business owners. (Including Jesus Himself).
  • How spiritual warfare affects Christian entrepreneurs.
  • How running a Christ-centered business can bring more “spice” and intimacy to your marriage.
  • How to use your business to help do God’s work.
  • Why the devil attacks Christian entrepreneurs even more ruthlessly than pastors and priests!
  • Ways you can glorify God and prosper in your business at the same time.
  • How to use your small business to bring about real changes in big corporations. (Boycotts don’t work — but THIS will.)
  • And more…

Anyway, this interview is packed with scripture quotes, Biblical concepts and the word “Jesus.”

So if those things offend you, then you may want to pass on this one.

On the other hand, if you want to glorify The Lord and create lasting wealth at the same time, then this interview will show you how.

Very cool — but can you do me one small favor?

After listening to it, can you let Matt Gillogly know what you thought of it?

He really likes the feedback on this interview — good or bad.

You can email him at:

Will do Ben…ha, wasn’t expecting you to reply…at least not so soon! I went over to his site and downloaded another interview he did as well, and joined his list. It’s refreshing to see this perspective….and I haven’t even listened yet!

How refreshing to hear someone admit the truth, instead of piking the Prosperity Gospel.

Ben Settle April 11, 2009 at 4:50 pm

Hey Andy, let’s face it, nothing oozes “religion” like a pastor publicly counting his/her money on TV

So I’m taking a wild stab and guessing there will be no joint venture with Rev. Ike in the near future?

Thanks Ben,

I am a christian who is trying to get a start-up off the ground, but like many start-ups today, I am seeking financial resources for capital expenses. Institutions I have approached are just not interested in a start-up in this economy. Any suggestions besides the usual family, bootstrapping, and friends?
Please keep all christian entrepreneurs in prayer.

Thanks,
Greg

Ben & Matt,

That was powerful. And refreshing. Amen?

I love Matt’s no nonsense attitude. You sure you’re not from Jersey, Matt? :)

Thanks again Ben,
Jim
