I get why people want to do that.<\/p>\n
I am the same way.<\/p>\n
But, I also don\u2019t like being in debt or buying things on time.<\/p>\n
By selling things in advance that have not been created yet, that puts a kind of psychological stress on my wee brain that sucks all the fun out of doing it for me. At that point it becomes a chore and something I have to fulfill on.<\/p>\n
Thus, my answer is always no.<\/p>\n

Even the great Terry Dean, when I interviewed him once, told me he is the same way with his newsletter. People who have been buried in a bottomless pit of debt and financial problems in our lives tend to not want more debt.<\/p>\n
Yes, even product-fulfillment debt.<\/p>\n
(i.e. such as selling yearly subscriptions.)<\/p>\n
Being bound to having to do it for a year in advance would take all the fun out of it.<\/p>\n
