The solution for probably 90% of them:<\/p>\n
Cancel your cable\/satellite service and use that to pay for it.<\/p>\n
Only broke people complaining about finances pay for cable over bettering themselves. Which is why, if you\u2019re like most struggling to \u201cafford\u201d the $3.23 per month (ooh), your rationalization hamster is probably hard at work spinning out reasons why you *need* cable (for the kids, to watch the football, whatever).<\/p>\n
What?<\/p>\n
You\u2019re now telling me:<\/p>\n
\u201cBut Ben I don\u2019t have cable! I can\u2019t even afford that!\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Then get a part time job, Pumpkin.<\/p>\n
You have too much dignity for that?<\/p>\n
Okay, how about mowing lawns?<\/p>\n
I made way more than $3.23 per day as a teenager doing that. Or, if you\u2019re a moderately attractive woman with most of your teeth and no visible open sores, work them street corners, babycakes. (I\u2019m joking — it\u2019s much better if you have *zero* open sores if you want to be a hooker\u2026)<\/p>\n
Anyway, here\u2019s the point:<\/p>\n
If you want it bad enough, you\u2019ll prioritize for it.<\/p>\n
If you don\u2019t, you won\u2019t.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t really concern myself with the second group.<\/p>\n
(They really shouldn\u2019t subscribe, opposite mindset of what I require in my customers.)<\/p>\n
But if you\u2019re in the first group?<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll cancel your cable.<\/p>\n
Or stop eating out so much.<\/p>\n
Or, figure it out somehow.<\/p>\n
And if not?<\/p>\n
Then that merely means you don\u2019t want it bad enough.<\/p>\n
