A few weeks ago, I came across a Tweet from a guy named \u201cIllimitable\u201d that was invaluable to anyone in direct marketing or business.<\/p>\n
What did he say that was so all-fired important?<\/p>\n
Two things:<\/p>\n
1. The advice \u201cbe yourself!\u201d is awful advice for people who haven\u2019t developed themselves<\/p>\n
2. Those of us who have developed ourselves don\u2019t need to be told to be ourselves<\/p>\n
And you know what?<\/p>\n
This is one of the best reasons I\u2019ve seen for doing daily communication with your audience. I don\u2019t care if it\u2019s with daily email, daily video, a daily podcast, daily social media\u2019ing, daily blogging, or whatever poison you choose.<\/p>\n
The more you communicate, the more you develop yourself.<\/p>\n
And, you do it in multiple ways:<\/p>\n
Your \u201cvoice.\u201d<\/p>\n
Your personality.<\/p>\n
Your thoughts about your market and niche.<\/p>\n
Your tone.<\/p>\n
Your opinions.<\/p>\n
Your points of view.<\/p>\n
Your unique philosophy about your industry, etc.<\/p>\n
And the list goes on.<\/p>\n
Obviously, I\u2019m biased towards daily emails for this.<\/p>\n
Especially if making sales is the the plum your after picking, Laddie-buck.<\/p>\n
