{"id":5449,"date":"2012-03-01T06:00:20","date_gmt":"2012-03-01T14:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bensettle.com\/blog\/?p=5449"},"modified":"2012-03-01T06:00:20","modified_gmt":"2012-03-01T14:00:20","slug":"dont-read-this-if-youre-a-price-shopper","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bensettle.com\/blog\/dont-read-this-if-youre-a-price-shopper\/","title":{"rendered":"Don&#8217;t Read This If You&#8217;re A Price Shopper"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey, so this won&#8217;t apply to everyone.<\/p>\n<p>Just a select few.<\/p>\n<p>And even for them, it may be a stretch.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll see.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, here&#8217;s the scoop:<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year I&#8217;ve gotten a spattering of questions about whether or not I do &#8220;corporate&#8221; email training &#8212; i.e. do I ever train other companies (who have big and solid lists but, small and saggy response) and their employees how to write emails the &#8220;Settle Way&#8221;, up close and personal.<\/p>\n<p>Either &#8220;in house&#8221; training, or done virtually.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve gotten this question enough where I can&#8217;t ignore it.<\/p>\n<p>(Including once by a $100+ million per year business&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>At first, I found these requests flattering.<\/p>\n<p>But, I just didn&#8217;t have any interest.<\/p>\n<p>Just having too much fun working on my own projects.<\/p>\n<p>Hey, what can I say?<\/p>\n<p>Ben likey&#8217;s his freedom.<\/p>\n<p>But lately, I&#8217;ve been having second thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of increasing some underachieving business&#8217;s sales by tens of thousands (even hundreds of thousands if their list and product are right) of smackeroos in sales kinda excites me.<\/p>\n<p>(The bragging rights <em>alone<\/em> would be worth it&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m really digging the idea.<\/p>\n<p>But first, I want to see if anyone of my readers are interested.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a list of at least 50k?<\/p>\n<p>Are you struggling to convert them?<\/p>\n<p>Do you want me to PERSONALLY teach you and\/or your employees how to hammer out emails that pull in as much as double (or more) the sales you&#8217;re doing now, every time you push that beautiful, shiny, &#8220;candy like&#8221; send button?<\/p>\n<p>Then let me know.<\/p>\n<p>For now, I&#8217;m just gauging interest.<\/p>\n<p>So no need to ask about price or fees.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, if you have to ask, it&#8217;s too expensive &#8212; like everything I sell, this ain&#8217;t for price shoppers, it&#8217;s for <em>profit<\/em> shoppers.<\/p>\n<p>So yes, it will be expensive.<\/p>\n<p>(Though not NEARLY as expensive as all those lost sales&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, if you&#8217;re interested, email me through this link:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.BenSettle.com\/blog\/contact\">www.BenSettle.com\/blog\/contact<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If this gets enough interest, I&#8217;ll run with it.<\/p>\n<p>Next time:<\/p>\n<p>Something else&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ben Settle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey, so this won&#8217;t apply to everyone.
