Once I took a concept from your sales letter (no refunds) and put it into my consulting practice my results exploded. It&#8217;s totally counter intuitive to what we hear, though you get 10x better clients who are COMMITTED to the process. This was explanation to myself: &#8216;stop selling to people who don&#8217;t want to commit to anything and sell to people who are committed to results. Until someone is committed, information is just a waste of time.'&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I approve of this message.<\/p>\n<p>Look you:<\/p>\n<p>Lots of people fight me on the no refunds thing.<\/p>\n<p>But if you&#8217;re selling something high ticket and high quality, where you&#8217;re spitting out advanced information not easily found anywhere else, why give the option?<\/p>\n<p>Do universities give refunds?<\/p>\n<p>No?<\/p>\n<p>Then why do you?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You sho&#8217; ain&#8217;t doing them any favors<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Think about it:<\/p>\n<p>Who do you think is going to be more successful using your product: (1) The bloke who can refund on a whim or disapproving look from his wife&#8230; or (2) The bloke who has NO CHOICE but to make it work, or it hurts?<\/p>\n<p>My money is on bloke #2.<\/p>\n<p>Hey, do whatever you want.<\/p>\n<p>But if you sell high ticket products\/services&#8230; and want higher quality customers who utilize your teachings and don&#8217;t complain, would it kill you to at least test no refunds?<\/p>\n<p>Who knows&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>You may even make more sales.<\/p>\n<p>And, grow your business faster.<\/p>\n<p>(You&#8217;ll certainly have less headaches.)<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of clients&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Once upon a time (last year) an &#8220;Email Players&#8221; subscriber (and freelancer) wrote telling me doing emails the way I teach had gotten him lots of &#8220;fan mail&#8221;, but no actual clients.<\/p>\n<p>When I saw his site, it was obvious why.<\/p>\n<p>And so, here&#8217;s what I did:<\/p>\n<p>I wrote him a long, detailed email (a &#8220;perk&#8221; of subscribing to &#8220;Email Players&#8221; is you can ask me questions) telling him exactly what to do to get booked solid &#8212; fast.
