Sometimes a person will contact me by email and tell me about how they’ve been reading my website and listening to my media & podcast interviews for weeks, months or, in some cases, even *years*… and are getting irritable.<\/p>\n
They can’t explain why.<\/p>\n
But they claim they have unexplainable symptoms.<\/p>\n
Like hot flashes.<\/p>\n
Night sweats.<\/p>\n
Envy.<\/p>\n
Jealously.<\/p>\n
Anger.<\/p>\n
Weird aches & pains.<\/p>\n

“Good girl.”<\/p>\n
“Any advice on where to begin?”<\/p>\n
