Sure enough, next month&#8217;s letters column had an\u00a0irate note reminding the editors that &#8220;Black&#8221; people buy cars too\u00a0(note the capitalization).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Could we also stop using &#8220;uneducated&#8221; when we mean stupid?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Amusing stuff.<\/p>\n<p>I remember a teacher getting fired a few years back for using the\u00a0word niggardly (which means cheap or stingy, neither the definition or etymology of the word has anything to do with race or color and never has) in a classroom.<\/p>\n<p>The PC crowd is truly loco.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, the point?<\/p>\n<p>Every list has stupid people on it.<\/p>\n<p>And by &#8220;stupid&#8221; I mean people who willingly keep themselves\u00a0ignorant by not asking questions for clarification and context\u00a0before assuming the worst about something.<\/p>\n<p>(Or someone.)<\/p>\n<p>More:<\/p>\n<p>It goes beyond them looking like jackasses.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Asking questions is mucho profitable, too<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In fact, the upcoming September &#8220;Email Players&#8221; issue shows you how\u00a0to ask questions to your list, market, fartbook\u00a0friends\/groups, etc in a\u00a0secret way where you give yourself enormous odds of writing a\u00a0winning ad, email, or offer nearly every time.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s an old school secret.<\/p>\n<p>(Used by New York ad man Norman B.
