Second, do you have a preferred resource for\u00a0writing kick ass bullet points?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Timely question&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Answers:<\/p>\n<p>1. I heard Gary Halbert say for him (I think it was in an interview\u00a0he did with Michel Fortin) it was all about getting to the bullets\u00a0first.<\/p>\n<p>And it makes sense, too.<\/p>\n<p>Bullets do most of the heavy lifting.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s your headline but your best bullet?<\/p>\n<p>More:<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s why people will buy very expensive products they didn&#8217;t even\u00a0know existed 5 minutes earlier, simply because they read a 1-2\u00a0sentence bullet on page 14 of a long form sales letter that &#8220;got&#8221;\u00a0them, and they just have to have the benefit\/tip\/promise in that\u00a0bullet.<\/p>\n<p>So yes, it&#8217;s all about the bullets.<\/p>\n<p>The better someone is at bullets, the better their ads.<br \/>\n2. As for a preferred resource on bullets&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m teaching my copywriting apprentice bullets now.<\/p>\n<p>My advice to her?<\/p>\n<p>Start hand copying great bullets.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the fastest way I know to get great at it.<\/p>\n<p>One of the people whose bullets I studied (and STILL study) is\u00a0Scott Haines&#8217; bullets.
