Email is talk radio<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Be your own best client<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. First hour of the day belongs to you<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Don&#8217;t put your customers on a pedestal<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. The customer is always wrong<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">6. Don&#8217;t let facebook steal your balls<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">7. Put your own oxygen mask on first<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">8. Write drunk, edit sober<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">9. Don&#8217;t let your customers steer your ship or you\u2019re gonna end up on the rocks<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">10. Be a leader not expert<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">11. Don&#8217;t reward bad behavior<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">12. If you want to know what someone really wants, observe what they buy<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">13. It&#8217;s better to be respected than liked<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">14. Cut people out who complicate your life<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">15. Spew lukewarm people off your list asap<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">16. Don&#8217;t play with guns in the dark<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">17. Don&#8217;t try to save a damsel if she loves her distress<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">18. If someone is going to cast you as the villain, then you might as well play the roll well<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">19. If it ain&#8217;t controversial it&#8217;s probably not worth writing about<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">20. If you have fun writing it, they&#8217;ll usually have fun reading it<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">21. Don&#8217;t sell yourself for free<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, another 7 are on deck tomorrow.
