Sunday my pal Tim Allen and I played some golf, and on the 3rd hole\u00a0I dropped some info that, if implemented, will likely bring him an\u00a0extra 4-figures (and 5 over time) per month in revenue.<\/p>\n
His business?<\/p>\n
He’s in equipment.<\/p>\n
(Renting and selling equipment for contractors, home improvement,\u00a0yard maintenance, and everything in between.)<\/p>\n
And, he just hired a new guy to run the front counter.<\/p>\n
(Register, answer the phone, that sort of stuff.)<\/p>\n
Anyway, here was my advice:<\/p>\n

Keep the names in a database.<\/p>\n
And, mail them various offers each month with a reason to come in\u00a0the store right away. Of course, when the come in the store capture\u00a0their email address on a note pad computer or laptop so you can\u00a0bless them with your offers, opinions, commentary, etc via email,\u00a0too.<\/p>\n
