{"id":9616,"date":"2015-03-03T06:30:25","date_gmt":"2015-03-03T14:30:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bensettle.com\/blog\/?p=9616"},"modified":"2015-03-03T06:30:25","modified_gmt":"2015-03-03T14:30:25","slug":"not-all-price-shoppers-are-the-devil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bensettle.com\/blog\/not-all-price-shoppers-are-the-devil\/","title":{"rendered":"Not All Price Shoppers Are The Devil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I know, I know&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m usually railing against price shoppers, saying how it&#8217;s often a\u00a0waste of time to even bother marketing to them (much less talking\u00a0to them), and that you&#8217;ll make far more profit (with far less\u00a0effort) if you avoid price shoppers like the bigfoot apocalypse\u00a0plague.<\/p>\n<p>But, there is one exception to this.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, my little droogie, there&#8217;s one kind of price shopper I endorse.<\/p>\n<p>And that is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>(drum roll)<\/p>\n<p>People who buy based on price in the sense they only buy the most\u00a0*expensive* option they see. This could be for anything from wine,\u00a0food, and clothes&#8230; to colleges, universities, and info\u00a0products&#8230; to doctors, dentists, and surgeons&#8230; to cars, homes,\u00a0boats, and other obscenely expensive &#8220;toys.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If it&#8217;s cheap, they ignore it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If it&#8217;s expensive they buy it only <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">because<\/span> of the high price.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Usually, because they assume the most expensive option is best.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I know people like this.<\/p>\n<p>Chances are you know people like this, too.<\/p>\n<p>And, if you know what you&#8217;re doing, you can create marketing\u00a0funnels, emails, ads, and campaigns that exposes these fine,\u00a0upstanding pillars of your buying community so you can give them\u00a0what they want:<\/p>\n<p>Your high priced wares.<\/p>\n<p>(Whatever they may be.)<\/p>\n<p>I conciously do this in my marketing.<\/p>\n<p>And, I suspect, so do my business partners in the Oceans 4\u00a0Mastermind we&#8217;re having in Vegas May 16-17 this year.<\/p>\n<p>Whether by accident or design, all 4 of us do this.<\/p>\n<p>None of us really sells cheap stuff.<\/p>\n<p>And, none of us are hurting for customers\/clients.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, what we teach at Oceans 4, by default, shows you how to\u00a0create better ads, funnels, emails, copy, offers, etc that target,\u00a0attract, and close those same high price shoppers.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the good news.<\/p>\n<p>The bad news?<\/p>\n<p>Times a-slipping away.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re at all interested in going (and no, it ain&#8217;t cheap, so if\u00a0you be a price shopper, it &#8217;tain&#8217;t for you) reply back to this\u00a0email immediately.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll get you the info.<\/p>\n<p>And, you can secure your spot if it makes sense.<\/p>\n<p>Okay.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it for now.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m outta here&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ben Settle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I know, I know&#8230; I&#8217;m usually railing against price shoppers, saying how it&#8217;s often a\u00a0waste of time to even bother marketing to them (much less talking\u00a0to them), and that you&#8217;ll make far more profit (with far less\u00a0effort) if you avoid price shoppers like the bigfoot apocalypse\u00a0plague.
